Tonight it was all happening at once — fluffy rice cooking in the basket while zucchini, snow peas and carrot cooked above in the Varoma.

One machine, multiple parts of dinner cooking together, less time standing at the stove and fewer dishes afterwards. 🙌

This is exactly why I love layered cooking — you can turn simple ingredients into a fresh, wholesome meal and have everything ready at the same time.

Abundance in a bowl! 🥗✨

Tonight’s dinner was “Wendy Crombie’s Shredded Chicken Noodle Salad” from Cookidoo, and wow — what a beautiful, fresh Thai-inspired salad. You know that, sweet, sour, salty and that chilli flavour combination 😉

The ingredients are so simple, but together they make the most colourful, flavour-packed meal. Fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, noodles and shredded chicken… absolutely delicious. 🌿🥕🍜

And when I say it makes plenty, I mean plenty! This is my huge fruit bowl, and it was overflowing with goodness.

The best part? Lots of leftovers for lunch! 🙌 I love a recipe that feeds everyone for dinner and still has enough to enjoy for the next few days.

Fresh, simple, and abundance of deliciousness and definitely one I’ll be making again. Perfect meal prep for sharing.

🤩 This was an OMG moment!

This folded herb bread from Cookidoo was absolutely sensational. Soft, fluffy, loaded with that gorgeous herb and garlic flavour… and I added mozzarella over the top because, really, can you ever have too much cheese? 🧀😍

That golden, gooey, cheesy top took it to another level!

This is definitely going on my entertaining favourites list — imagine putting this in the middle of the table while it’s still warm and letting everyone pull off a piece. 🙌

A total crowd-stopper and one I’ll be making again and again.

Fresh pork fillet to San Choy Bau — made in the Thermomix® 🙌

Tonight I started by mincing my own fresh pork fillet, then continued the recipe to make the Matt Sinclair San Choy Bau recipe. Always a delicious 10/10.

Fresh minced pork, crisp lettuce, herbs, chilli and crunchy peanuts made this such a fresh, light and flavour-packed dinner. 🥬🌿🌶️

I love being able to mince my own meat and know exactly what’s going into our meals.
