📣 Please Note Date change….. it is now Thursday evening, 19th October.

We’ve really missed catching up with you all at our cooking demonstrations. So we thought… let’s have a Reunion Dinner!

🍽️ Please bring along a plate or two of your personal favourite vegetarian, plant based or vegan food to share at a combined dinner. If you’re able, also bring along the recipe (we can photocopy) to share with the rest of us 🍲🥗

🍽️ Thursday evening 19th October, 6pm for a 6.30pm start.

🥬🍓🥑 Week 5 - Our final night was a demonstration led out by Debbie. She showed us how to make Sausage Rolls, delicious “Not” Butter Chicken that had strips of Gluten Steaks through it, followed by Sticky Date Pudding.

Nobody goes hungry!

Dr Gal Strasberg came for another visit, and answered some interesting questions from the audience.

The much anticipated Recipe Book featuring all the recipes that had been shown across the 5 weeks was handed out to all attendees. Extra copies are available to purchase for only $5 each if you would love some extra copies to share with friends and family 📚

It has been a pleasure for us to share some of our favourite recipes with you all, beautiful friendships have been made, and we look forward to sharing with you again in the near future.

The only question that remains now is: what do you do on Tuesday nights now?! Because I know I miss the weekly catch up and chats already.

Lisa was our presenter again this week.
She was cooking up a storm with delicious Savoury Croquettes served with Kale & Tofu Salad.
Dessert was yummy Chocolate Mousse.

Our guest speaker for the night, Michael Letters our local dentist brought us some insights filled with humour.

These demonstrations are becoming the highlight of the week. Friends are being made, and it’s wonderful to be a part of each week!

Lisa led out an extremely enjoyable demonstration featuring “Breakfasts.”
She taught us how to make a delicious Bircher Muesli with pear & cashew cream. Also a Gluten Free granola served with mango and banana ice cream.

Choose Dairy Free Cheese platters were also part of the evenings yummy tastings!

Add on top of all this, Black bean brownies, and hot cocoa…. What’s not to like?!

It’s not too late to come and join us, there are still two sessions left.
