I haven't posted for a few days, but have still been cooking away.
Tonight's effort is chicken and mushroom risotto. Before having my Thermomix I would have never even attempted cooking a risotto. Now it is definitely a 😍 favourite.
Also tonight a herb, garlic and Bacon 🥓 pull apart bread. Absolutely amazing.
The one from 2 days ago didn't even last 24hours before being demolished.

Yummy pizzas 🍕 for dinner tonight. So good I almost missed getting a photo of the first one out. Only a few pieces left. Great dinner, using left overs in the fridge for toppings.
