CHEEKY CHIP | Green Scene

Anchoring the expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces in our Avoca Beach project is a green terrazzo island, whose colour and composition informed the material palette for the entire home.

Balanced with dark timber and warm, burnished finishes, the palette feels grounded yet expressive—robust enough for everyday living, yet refined in every detail. It reminds us that the hardest-working elements of a home can also be the most beautiful, inviting moments of pause and delight in daily life.

EARTHY DELIGHT | Rest. Texture. Warmth.

Quiet moments in both the primary bedroom and study of our Avoca project.

Rich browns, pale timber and softly layered artworks create spaces that feel both grounded and restorative.

For the study, concealed within the custom joinery is a pull-down bed that transforms the room from study to guest suite when needed. Balancing practicality with a calm, uncluttered aesthetic.

CHEEKY CHIP | Stepping Stone

Rhythm. Craft. Connection. A closer look at the custom stair from our Avoca project.

Crafted from solid timber, the open risers and finely detailed batten balustrade create a sense of lightness while defining the transition between levels.

More than a circulation element, the stair acts as an architectural screen — filtering views, light and movement between the living spaces and kitchen beyond. Warm, tactile and carefully resolved.
