The best builders collaborate as part of the team to deliver an even better result for their clients.

bairdbuilt suggested incorporating a transom window above the new laundry door and window, all within the existing opening - a great idea that worked beautifully with the overall design.

With one small adjustment to the joinery design, this room will now feel lighter, brighter and more connected to the beautiful garden outside.

Even more excited (jealous) of seeing this laundry come to life. 💙

Opening up the dining area created a stronger connection between the kitchen and living spaces - now equally a busy hub for breakfasts before school drop-off and entertaining friends on the weekend.

A pop of green mosaic tile, a nod to the original splashback of this MCM home. Playing with the raked ceiling, a lower ledge was created along the island, inviting conversation and connection.

A bold yet beautifully considered palette for our Queenscliff Apartment.

Rich burgundy tiles, dramatic stone and warm brushed brass create a bathroom that balances confidence with refinement.

This design concept is almost ready to become reality. ♥️

This view is changing 💫 .

The existing kitchen will soon become a coffee nook, with an additional bathroom created behind the wall. By relocating the kitchen, we’re able to create a layout with better flow, increased storage and functionality for the family.

Before long, this space will become the backdrop to slow mornings, coffees at the island, and homework in the afternoon.

Construction starts soon for North Wahroonga Pavilion, and we can’t wait to see it come to life.

Every design begins with a client wish list - things they would love to have.

Displaying a beautiful array of vintage glass collected over the years was high on Trish’s list for her mid-century modern inspired kitchen in Newport.

Housed in a custom cabinet with slatted sliding doors, a playful peek of dark green joinery is lays behind the battens. 💚

At our initial consultation, the clients shared something deeply special - the original building plans.

An owner-built home held by the same family for decades, this mid-century home in Mona Vale is now ready for its next chapter with its second owners - a fun young family with children who love to entertain.

As demolition begins, we’re working to retain the character that drew them in, while reshaping the kitchen, dining and living areas to be more open, practical and suited to the way they live.

Surrounded by bushland, the home will be opened up to bring in light and outlook, making it as much a part of the design as the joinery and finishes.

Looking forward to sharing the transformation as it unfolds.
