In Tamsin Johnson’s own home, a restored original staircase becomes a moment of colour and pattern, wrapped in our Envy carpet. The rich, graphic stripes bring depth and rhythm to the stairwell, sitting alongside the home’s original timber joinery and ornate detailing.

A considered balance of heritage and playfulness, and a staircase that was never meant to quietly disappear.

From discarded fishing nets and industrial waste to regenerated yarn, this is where Cosmos begins. We control every stage of the process: sourcing recovered nylon waste, regenerating it into fibre, and weaving it into carpet on traditional looms at our facility in Spain, powered by solar energy.

Some spaces come with history already written into them.

Ribbon Stair House was once the home and studio of Australian artist Charles Blackman, now beautifully and colourfully reimagined by Kaiko Design - Interiors owners. A gloss ribbon spiral stair wrapped in our Cosmos terracotta carpet becomes sculptural circulation, anchoring the interior and connecting each level. Our Cosmos emerald carpet grounds the bedroom.
