Introducing ÉLEVÉE.

Some of you have already been part of one of the early design decisions - helping us choose the windows. Now it’s time to properly introduce the project.

Élevée is our boutique development in Freshwater: two contemporary coastal homes, elevated to capture natural light, the ocean outlook and coastal breezes, while remaining close to Freshwater Beach and village.

Each residence spans three levels, with four bedrooms, two living spaces, 3.5 bathrooms, a double garage, private heated pool and spa, and a lift.

A duplex can easily feel like one building divided in two. From the first drawing, our intention has been to create two individual homes - each generous, private and complete.

From the planning and exterior direction through to the kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, finishes and lighting, every detail has been considered.

Over the coming months, we’ll take you behind the build - sharing the decisions, challenges and details as Élevée takes shape.

A beautiful home doesn’t begin with cabinetry, stone or furniture.

It begins with a conversation.

Long before the foundations are poured, we’re listening. Understanding how you live, what matters most, and how you want your home to feel.

Then comes the work that no one really sees.

When the architect, designer, builder and consultants are aligned around a shared vision, the entire journey becomes smoother, more collaborative, and ultimately creates a home that is both beautiful and deeply considered.

Highlands Haven is a reflection of that collaborative process, and we’re incredibly grateful to have worked alongside such a talented team.

The greatest compliment we can receive isn't an award or a magazine feature.

It's hearing that our clients are living in the home they always dreamed of.

One of the biggest misconceptions about working with a designer is that it’s all or nothing.
A full-service project / complete renovation or entire home.
But often the most valuable conversations happen much earlier than that - whenyou’re questioning a floor plan, trying to work out whether a layout really works, wondering if you’ve selected the right materials or simply wanting reassurance before making an expensive decision.
