Our Narrabeen project is coming together beautifully!

Designed to really embrace it it’s incredible waterfront location. Every element has been considered to enhance the connection between the house, its surrounding and those beautiful water views. We’re loving watching the vision take shape and can’t wait to see the finished result!

* CC Submission set & Design package completed for a commercial project in Dural, NSW;
* CDC submission lodged in Rouse Hill, NSW;
* Full design package complete in Cammeray, NSW;
* Spatial planning complete for two projects in NSW;
* Full design package complete in Gladesville, NSW;
Our physical projects underway are moving along full steam ahead in Beecroft, Paddington, Narrabeen & Bargara.

Whilst we don't typically do styling projects, we are always inspired by the creative souls that are out there. We are also BIG on hand-made and as locally sourced as we can get. I stumbled on this artist this week and I am OBSESSED so I thought, what else to do but share! The quote on their socials that struck hard was "REMINDER: Blank walls aren't a style choice... they're unfinished business". Completely agree!

Let's talk about something not so glam, building approvals and compliance. We work on projects of varying sizes from a bathroom renovation through to commercial projects. As the home owner, it is your responsibility to do your due diligence and check what is needed for your project to be compliant. Not all projects trigger the need for an approval and both states (NSW & QLD) vary in what is required & when. Additionally, your own specific block may have it's own restrictions and covenants. The best place to start is your local council or a trusted certifier. Typically as long as there are no structural changes, a building permit would likely not be required HOWEVER structural changes are not necessarily limited to walls or windows being relocated or removed, this can also branch out to waterproofing or plumbing locations changing which is why it is always best to check and cover yourself. Speak to us today about your upcoming project so we can start you off on the right foot! We handle everythign from the initial design, drafting for approval submission, lodgement of approvals, builder packs and site visits throughout the project.
