Four weeks.
That’s how long Byron had left on his salon lease when we first spoke in December.
Goldie is one of Sydney’s most respected colour salons.
With a team of 7, a book full of clients and a rebrand already in motion, Byron’s new salon had to open on time. If it didn’t, his team, his clients, had nowhere to go. Cancelled appointments. Stylists without chairs. A brand he’d spent years building and his reputation on the line.
Byron came to us and builder Matt MJP Projects as a pair, recommended by a past client we’d delivered for together. That’s the part that mattered. We already knew how to work together, meaning we skipped the ‘getting to know you phase’. It was easy, streamlined.
We signed the engagement on Christmas Eve.
We ran our full process and didn’t skip a step.
We just planned every one of them tighter.
Materials signed off and confirmed in stock over the holidays.
Every sample approved on site in a single sitting.
The builders on site the first week of January.
Six weeks of construction.
Open on time.
And the most dramatic thing about the whole project is the room.
