2 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp five-spice powder
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp maltose or golden syrup
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
