In this image, if you are looking carefully you can see lots of details that bring the garden into the room, creating a quiet connection between interior and landscape, also reinforced through the view framed by the windows.

Soft greens in the cushions and upholstery echo the surrounding greenery, while the deep brown armchair reflects the trunks and density of the trees outside. Timber joinery and the side table continue this natural language, grounding the space with warmth and structure.
A subtle leafy pattern in the rug brings the outdoors in through abstraction, rather than direct reference.

TUESDAY TOUCHES || Quiet Cohesion
This dining room is defined by restraint, layering, and quiet cohesion.

A botanical wallcovering sets the tone - not as a backdrop, but as a guiding element that shapes the entire space. Its tonal greens and softened earth notes are echoed subtly in the upholstery, where damask textures and quiet pattern shifts create continuity without repetition.
The seating sits as part of the architecture - softened forms that balance comfort with visual rhythm, blurring the line between furniture and finish.
Above, a sculptural chandelier brings an organic metallic gesture, while a secondary wall light extends the same language with softer restraint.
Grounded by deep-toned timber, the space finds balance through contrast, richness against softness, depth against detail.

When a home feels calm and considered, it invites the people who live there to feel the same.

FRIDAY FOCUS || Built-In Detail

In one of the rooms of our project Still House, the client requested a dedicated built-in area for personal use, in her room.

We responded by drawing inspiration from the existing arched ceiling moulding, reinterpreting it within the joinery language.
Through custom joinery and a half-height modelling detail above the surface, a subtle architectural framing was created within the room - grounding the space while maintaining softness and proportion.

A quiet intervention, but one that brings intention and structure to a very personal part of the home.

In this billiards room, the ceiling quietly defines the atmosphere of the space.

The coffered structure and layered plaster detailing introduce rhythm and depth overhead, working in harmony with the richness of the timber joinery below.
Repetition brings order, while the depth of the coffers allows light and shadow to softly animate the surface throughout the day. The restrained tonal approach lets the detailing read through form.

The result is a ceiling that doesn’t compete with the architecture below, but completes it.

Hard finishes are especially important in exterior spaces and must be carefully considered, particularly in settings like an outdoor shower.

Stone brings both strength and tactility to these environments, but it also comes with practical considerations. It can feel cold underfoot, requires proper sealing and drainage, and needs precise detailing to withstand constant exposure to the elements.

Here, the stonework sits naturally within the garden, grounding the shower into the landscape rather than treating it as a separate built element.
