A legacy built on smoke, charcoal, and the best BBQ community in the country. Sydneys BBQ Mecca turned into the ultimate backyard session for the 20th anniversary. 🔥

The day had it all—live demos, a games zone, and a massive free spit roast. Add in charred occy and enough baklava to sink a ship, and that’s a proper birthday.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the last two decades, it’s that good charcoal brings good people together. Huge thanks to everyone who came down, grabbed a plate, and celebrated with us.

The smoke has cleared, but the energy from Saturday is still buzzing at HQ! Thank you to everyone who came down to share a feed, and celebrated two decades of fire with us.

We had whole spit-roasted lamb spinning, sizzling steaks over open flames, and fresh charred octopus sizzling over charcoal. Safe to say, no one left on an empty stomach!
