To say I’m excited about the new colour of the Everleaf coaster would be a gross understatement - the wait to de-mold is killing me! No photo can do justice to the iridescent, deep purple hue of this beauty!

Expect a full product range and online store drop verrrrry soon - I have been working hard behind the scenes this week on inventory and once I get the product shots finalised we are on!

From the bottom of my heart, an enormous thank you to all of you who have followed me so far, your support is what drives small businesses and creators to keep going, and no effort is ever too small. Every single interaction is a blessing and a privilege to me. A small business owner sees your like, sees you, and you become an integral part of the success story.

So much potential for this tray 💚 stay tuned for the finished product!

I’m finalising designs for the trays & coasters, inventory of scrunchies is growing & next week I’ll be locking in my very first market date in time for Mother’s Day!

Its been quiet in the Forge as I’ve had a big week between my full time job, celebrating my birthday, and popping out on Monday night to see Green Day live for the third time 😅

While new products are still in development, progress has been made on the AFC website and I can’t wait to bring it to life! Along with my handcrafted products, it will feature digital design, photography, videography and more of my stream of consciousness ramblings to look forward to 😉

I’ve set myself a goal to book in my very first market date by the end of April, just in time for Mother’s Day, with multiple styles of coasters, scrunchies, trays and more. Thank you to everyone who’s joined me on this journey so far, I can’t wait to finally launch my vision!

A year ago, I decided I wanted a fancy little drinks tray so I didn’t have to get up to reach the coffee table. Being a woman of fussy taste I couldn’t find one I liked within my very limited budget, so when I came across a plain wood tray I decided to customise my own to fit my style. With some cheap acrylic paint from my mountain of supplies and a stencil from I had this neat little tray, and I loved it so much I thought why not follow on from this and make coasters and other goods for family and friends?

Then I put it on a shelf and forgot about it for a year, until this weekend when I dragged all my supplies outside and painted up this little coaster as a way of getting motivated to start painting again. I’m so proud of this little set, and wanted it to be my first feature on this account.

Awen Forge Collective is a long-time dream to have my own little side hustle to explore my creativity and put a little piece of myself out into the world. It’s only recently that it finally got a name and a look, but it’s been in my heart for so long, and as nervous as I am to put it out there I’m excited to watch it come to life. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and continue to watch it grow, as I can’t do it without your support.
