This is my reality 🤣

Tuesday evening in my house:
• A baby I can't put down.
• A 5 year old who wants me to come to her shop (in person because she doesn't offer delivery).
• A mama who really needs to eat something with iron in it 😅

I don't have enough hands, let alone, the time, to be hand rolling meatballs.

Even posting this is a challenge. I'm typing with the baby on a b**b, to be totally honest.

So yes, I'm hacking slow cooked meatballs from Cookidoo® thanks to pre-made beef meatballs that I came across yesterday.

A little hack for those following at home!

Two cans of tomatoes, some garlic, onion, wine, salt and tomato paste. All things I had in the fridge or pantry.

Dinner doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be done.

And I really hope this doesn't take the full 3 hours of slow cooking because I am getting pretty peckish 😋🤞🏼

What is it about unpacking fresh groceries that feels so damn satisfying?!

For about 14 minutes, I genuinely believe I’ve got it all figured out. I'm organised, financially responsible, and the picture of good health 😅
