A little update from us 🤍

Assalamu Alaikum everyone,

We wanted to sincerely apologise for our recent delays and the lack of communication. Over the past three weeks, we have been dealing with some serious issues behind the scenes that have unfortunately impacted our turnaround times and the way we have been able to operate.

Both our main laptop and backup computer were affected by a severe virus, which penetrated our systems and files. We have been working through the process of restoring everything, replacing necessary parts and waiting for new storage and a motherboard to arrive.

Alhamdulillah, we are finally getting closer to having everything back up and running, InshaAllah. 🤲🏼

We will be back in the warehouse from 29th August, and InshaAllah we will be responding to all outstanding DMs and emails over the coming weekend.

We are truly sorry to everyone who has been patiently waiting for orders, replies and updates. JazakAllahu khairan for your patience, understanding, duas and continued support. 🤍

May Allah make the remainder of this process easy and bless every one of you for your kindness and patience. Ameen. 🌙
