Well it's one week & one day since the rain started & we have had 73mm so far, at the moment we have a bit of blue sky & sunshine so I am getting a bit of washing done while I can as according to the forecast we are in for another 15mm this arvo & 53 tomorrow & 10 the day after. My fruit trees & the macadamia trees are absolutely loving it all.
I have a row of pineapple plants I have grown from the tops of purchased fruit & for the first time, one of them is going to have a fruit, I'm so excited 🥰 out of the orchard I am harvesting mulberries & blueberries. I don't have much in the vegie beds right now, I hope to get seedlings next week.

Happy Friday
It had been a very pleasant wet week so far, getting light showers everyday, only 40mm has fallen but still it is wonderful, the garden is loving it & has topped up the tanks just nicely.
I have been doing a fair bit of cutting out & a little sewing as well as the continuation of cleaning up my sewing table, it is coming along nicely & I should have it finished today, has been a big undertaking & I must not allow myself to let it progress to this state again(famous last words ;) )
Hubby has been working in the bathroom in the house the past few days, some things are going well & others, well let's just say there have been a few choice words flying & he has been to town twice so far today, oops!!

Good morning & a very happy Monday to you all.
I have the air con going already this morning, going to be a sweaty 32 degrees today, the build up before the storm tomorrow & I have everything crossed for some nice rain.
We have a great selection of goodies on the wall over at "We've Gone Dippy Again", I have more cute Christmas hand towels available & today I am working on something for our Wednesday challenge but will be back with more about that later.
Have a great day everyone, I need to get cracking, I kicked a hornets nest on Saturday, started cleaning up my sewing table, what a big hornets nest indeed, so I have stuff everywhere, it will take me awhile to sort out as I am trying to sew as well 😁😆

Good morning all
It's been quite some time since my last post, I've been away visiting my lovely mumma & only got back yesterday arvo. Poor mum has been sick with the flue & the start of pneumonia but luckily the Dr got her sorted before it got out of hand & she has improved heaps this past week, back out in her garden that she loves so much.
Later today I am off to town & hope to buy some vegie seedlings to get this seasons crop under way :) We have had a little rain while I was away & looks like we are about to get a bit more, it's come over very dark out there, so hopefully the clouds release that good stuff. My pretties over the arch are looking so lovely after the rain 😄
Hubby & master 30 have been busy these past few weeks doing a big underpinning job on a house in Port Macquarie, they hope to finish tomorrow & then have a few days off, it's hard yakka digging holes under houses to put in new stumps.

I'm late posting today, I went out to open the gate for hubby's return after a few days away on a job & ended up doing some weeding as well.
It's overcast & quite pleasant outside after being very warm the past 5 days, it looks like rain & I have my fingers crossed that it will rain but wont hold my breath waiting as it's not looking too promising according to the forecast.
Anyway, my machine was better behaved yesterday & I finished the 2 hand towels for my dip over at "We've Gone Dippy Again".
I'm working on more today to drop off at Six Cats Arts & Crafts on Thursday.
