Got yesterday's cherry jam& strawberry jam labeled & topped,
Chopped oranges.......8 in the pot to cook the rest into bags in the freezer,
Made orange marmalade.

Labeled & topped yesterday's plum jam.
Made cherry jam.
Made strawberry jam.

Past week.... Has been a bit quieter again....
Got ginger peeled & chopped.
Made plum jam.
Fingerlimes depearled.

Been a quiet week......but still did a bit...
Labeled & topped rosella jam.
Onions..... peeled & sliced some & put in dehydrators, chopped the rest.
Dried onion done & powdered.
Powdered onion(another new product) will be available at Make It Tenterfield.

Also something new ...... TENTERFIELD hand towels.....there are a few of the available at Make It Tenterfield will have some more in soon.
