Upon approaching the Caulfield North Residences, an understated water feature gently leads you into the entry.

Overhead, the first floor balconettes provide privacy whilst animating the architecture. The curved planters that line each window are a subtle nod to the forms of the prominent Art Deco apartment block located on the corner of the street.
