Home made slider Pattie’s using our Grill Dog BBQ Seasoning , beef mince , S&P. That we smoked on the Weber Searwood.

- 1 x Continental Cucumber ( Sliced )
- 1 x cup (250ml) water
- 1 x cup (250ml) vinegar
- 2 x Tbsp Maple Syrup
- pinch of salt

The fireplace is the easy part. What sits behind the flame is where it starts to feel like yours.

Fireback liners are one of the simplest ways to go from choosing a unit to choosing a look. Herringbone brick, handmade brick, straight brick, stacked tan brick, ledgestone, old world stucco, or black glass, which reflects the flame and visually doubles the depth of the fire.

Worth knowing where it applies: fireback liners are an inbuilt gas option. They are not available on the freestanding gas models, and the wood range does not use them at all.

If you are renovating this spring, it is worth settling the finish early.
