After a full day of cutting, finding a heap of tiny letters is like looking for the golden food truck, you know it’s there but WHERE!!! 😂

Recutting them would probably be quicker, but knowing my luck they’d fall straight through again and that just sounds like torture!

One thing I’ve always hated is that we’ve become such a throwaway society, so I’m always thinking about how the pieces I create can be reused long after the event is over.

When BlueBell Bakery sent me the brief for these army cake toppers, I thought lets make the dog tags wearable and give them a life beyond the cake!🪖

I also recommend carefully snapping the sticks off your cake toppers and turning them into fridge magnets or popping them into your little one’s baby book, where they can be kept and looked back on for years to come! 🤍
