Rhubarb and marzipan cake. Rhubarb always brings memories of my grandmas garden where it grew in abundance. I would rip a stalk, make a hat from the giant leaf (what a dork 🤣) and chew on the stalk like a rabbit. I tried few times growing rhubarb in Brisbane climate, but never was successful. So if anyone has got a tip, do share!
