Three generations.
One photo.
A lifetime of love between them. 🤍
Candle Land was built by women long before it became a business.
It started with the strength of our Avó.
The kind of woman who made hard things feel soft.
Who showed love through care, routine, food on the table, and simply always being there.
Then came Mum.
The heart of everything we do.
The woman behind every late night pour, every market, every idea, every moment we nearly gave up and kept going anyway.
Most people see the business side of her — but I get the version that’s funny, gentle, resilient, creative and somehow still manages to hold everyone together even when life gets heavy.
And somewhere between all of that… Candle Land was born.
Not just from candles, but from women who taught me that home is something you create for other people.
This Mother’s Day feels a little different for me.
After the past year, I’ve learnt even more what love, strength and family truly look like.
And it looks exactly like this photo.
Three generations.
Three women.
So much love in one frame.
Happy Mother’s Day to every mum, grandmother, step mum, mother figure and woman who loves with her whole heart.
