None of this was put here for the people selling the house.

The boots by the door. The book left open. The coffee mid-pour. A buyer’s brain doesn’t tick through them one by one. It just adds them up into a single feeling: someone lives a beautiful life here and i want it.

That’s the whole job. We don’t style rooms, we style the life a buyer is hoping for, then we let them walk into it. Every piece is chosen for the person we want to fall for the home, not for the person leaving it.

Scroll through and tell me: which detail would actually make you stop on a listing?

Okay we need to talk about this bedroom.

Dusty blue. Warm layers. A little chrome. A couch to die for. We are OBSESSED and we’ve barely shown you anything yet.

This is one corner. One. The full home drops soon and it’s a stunner.

A brand new warrnambool listing is about to hit the market styled head to toe, and you saw it here first.

Keep your eyes on this space. The reveal is coming and you’re going to want to see it.

Autumn doesn’t shout. It settles.
Rust velvet at the bedhead. Sage curves softened with olive. Travertine catching late light. A sprig of native gum blossom on the entry, because nothing says autumn here quite like the bush does.
Every piece chosen for one reason: to make a buyer feel something the second they walk through the door. Empty rooms don’t sell homes. Feelings do. Which moment stopped you, the rust armchair, striped sofa, the sage headboard, or the gum blossom on the entry?
This sneak peek 🫣 of a beautiful home launching soon…

Every home has one.

The room that doesn’t quite know what it is. Too wide to ignore, too narrow to furnish. Usually the first thing buyers walk past, and the first thing they mentally write off as wasted square metres.

This one was a thoroughfare between the front door and the kitchen. Empty, it read as a corridor. Styled, it became a second living zone. The kind of space buyers slow down in, then linger in, then picture themselves living in. The wrong styling here, too small, too generic, too safe, and the room reads as filler. Two occasional chairs and a side table won’t do it. Buyers feel it before they can name it, and the whole home loses momentum.

Because buyers don’t buy potential. They buy the picture you put in front of them.

This is what a staging day actually looks like. Furniture coming off the truck, boxes on the floors, dining chairs stacked in the hallway, and a team moving fast with a very clear vision.
Most people only ever see the finished result. But this is where the work happens. This is where we read the space, plan the flow, and build an environment that makes a buyer feel something the moment they walk in.
Because that feeling? That’s what sells a home.
Not the price. Not the location. The feeling.

Drop a 🔥 if you’d love to see more behind the scenes, or tell me, which surprises you more, the before or the after?

If your home is going to market soon, let’s talk. Link in bio or DM me directly.

The anatomy of a hero bedroom.
When I styled these master bedrooms, every single piece had a job to do.
The terracotta headboard? A warm anchor that brings the Australian autumn palette inside.
The sculptural lamps? Because lighting is what makes a room feel designed, not just furnished.
The linen throw casually draped at the foot? That’s deliberate. A texture is what makes photography stop the scroll.
The single olive branch? Because the architecture deserves to breathe.
Buyers don’t remember the number of bedrooms. They remember how a home made them feel. ‘I could wake up here’. That’s the job of good styling.
Preparing to sell? Let’s create a home buyers fall in love with.
