Franz Josef & Christine, our proprietors, have worked for more than 30 years in hospitality & catering and the appliance industry and their passion is food, wine and entertaining. They and all their staff not only sell appliances but also use them daily in either their homes or in our fully operational showroom where their daily use comes to life. Franz Josef our Founder & CEO is a qualified Chef, Restaurateur, Hotelier and Appliance Specialist. Educated and trained in Austria his professional experience spans in more than three decades over five continents, 10 countries and 18 five-star hotels, resorts and conference venues with catering facilities for more than 5,000 guests.
