A staircase is a design decision you can’t easily change once it’s built.

At Mosman 04, we presented our clients with two distinct stair designs, rendered in full detail, so they could see how each would actually feel to move through before committing to either. The choice came down to weighing proportion and light, not guessing from a drawing.

It’s a small example of a larger principle: the clearer the picture, the more confident the decision.

Designed for a family of four creating their forever home, our latest Northbridge project is a reflection of thoughtful planning, timeless design and the way great architecture can elevate everyday living.

Inspired by contemporary Mediterranean architecture with subtle Moroccan influences, the home layers warm natural materials, rich blue joinery and refined brass detailing to create spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

Beyond the aesthetics, it’s the details you don’t immediately notice—the seamless flow, bespoke storage, concealed joinery and considered functionality—that will shape the way this family lives in their home for years to come.
