There is something so lovely about a tea towel that is almost too beautiful to use.

I'm delighted to introduce our new collection from British illustrator and designer Corinne Alexander, created from her intricate hand and digitally drawn illustrations, enhanced with beautiful watercolour detail.

From a proper Full English breakfast and fish and chips to a cup of tea, baking and memories of the British seaside, each design celebrates the little moments and traditions we know and love.

Printed and made in England, these are not just tea towels, they are little pieces of British art for your kitchen.

Funny what stays with you.

For me, it's my grandmother's button tin, my grandad's shelves of Kilner jars filled with homemade jams and pickles, and the William Morris curtains that seemed to be in every room.

The smallest things have a funny way of becoming our strongest memories.

The Winter Hometastic Box has officially sold out before I've even revealed what's inside.

I'm honestly blown away by the support for this little idea that started as a way to bring seasonal home décor joy to doorsteps around Australia and New Zealand.

The best part isn't selling out. It's reading messages from subscribers telling me how much they look forward to their box arriving, how they gather the family around for the unboxing, and how much joy the surprise brings each season.

I don't actually drink tea. 😳 Which is slightly awkward when you are English and own a store that sells mugs and a surprising number of tea cosies!

At the weekend I had a stall at a Tea Cosy Expo and it got me wondering just how many people still use a tea cosy at home.

The fact that we sell so many suggests plenty of you do.
