Clove - has stimulating properties that help in easing anxiety, stress and reduce fatigue.
Orange - effective at reducing levels of stress and anxiety and is also beneficial for depression.
Cedarleaf - has a soothing effect on mood, making it beneficial for anxiety, and reducing stress.
Crystals:
Lepidolite - this is a wonderful stone to use for calming as it has naturally occurring lithium in it. Lepidolite may aid you to more easily release any anxiety and stress you may feel, while being soothed by its calming vibration. If you keep this stone within your reach, you will benefit from its calming energy.
Howlite - a great stone to reduce anxiety, tensions, stress and anger, it is gentle, soothing and calms the energy around you.It is also good at encouraging emotional expression and it can help in the elimination of pain, and de-fuse stress and/or anger.
