Coriander Leaves Paratha Recipe | Easy & Tasty Breakfast

Ingredients :

1.All-Purpose Flour – 1 cup
2.Ajwain (Carom Seeds) – ¼ tsp
3.Salt – ¼ tsp
4.Red Chilli Flakes – ¼ tsp
5.Oil – 1 tbsp
6.Lukewarm Water – as required
7.Fresh Coriander Leaves – as needed
8.Oil – for frying

Instructions :

1.In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, ajwain, salt, and red chilli flakes. Mix everything well.
2.Add 1 tbsp oil and mix until the flour resembles breadcrumbs.
3.Gradually add lukewarm water and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
4.Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a thin roti using a rolling pin.
5.Spread chopped fresh coriander leaves evenly over the roti. Fold the roti and roll it again gently.
6.Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Place the paratha on the pan and cook until the bottom is lightly golden.
7.Flip it over, spread a little oil on the surface, and cook the other side. Flip as needed, spreading a little oil on both sides, until the paratha is golden and cooked through.
8.Repeat with the remaining dough and serve hot with yoghurt, pickle, or your favourite curry.

Enjoy this simple, flavourful coriander paratha with a crispy outside and a soft, aromatic centre. 🌿 Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick tea-time snack!
