✅ Job Responsibilities

◆ Create high-quality 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and interior projects.

◆ Develop realistic materials, lighting, textures, and rendering setups.

◆ Transform design concepts and client requirements into photorealistic visualizations.

◆ Produce interior and exterior renders according to project briefs.

◆ Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.

✅ Requirements

◆ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in 3D Visualization, Architectural Visualization, Interior Design, or a related field.

◆ Proficiency in at least one of the following 3D Modeling Software:

এই ভাবনা থেকেই এসেছে Industrial Interior।

১৯৬০-এর দশকে New York-এর পুরনো warehouse ও factory গুলো living space-এ রূপান্তরিত হতে শুরু করলে জন্ম নেয় এই style।

আজও এটি জনপ্রিয়, কারণ Industrial Design কিছু লুকায় না।

Brick বা Pipe দেখা যাচ্ছে? সেটাই design। কাঠে দাগ আছে? সেটাই character।

তাই আজ মানুষ আর নিখুঁত কিছু খুঁজছে না।
