Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
Diploma in Architecture

Experience: At least 2-4 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

Additional Requirements:
Hands on experience AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray /Lumion,3ds Max.
Experts in space planning, Layout design, and 3D Visualization.
Conducted Clint meetings, presentations and design revision
Completed over 40+ residential and Commercial Projects.
Coordinated with project team.
Strong creative and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Should be punctual, honest, and responsible.
Willing to visit different project locations if needed.

Responsibilities & Context:
Develop interior design concepts according to client requirements
Prepare layout plans, 3D designs, and working drawings
Select materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
Supervise site work to ensure design accuracy and quality
Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget
Client Presentation & Communication

Skills & Expertise:

একটি সুন্দর বাড়ি সবারই স্বপ্ন। কিন্তু শুধু "কম দাম" দেখে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার পর অনেকেই নানাবিধ সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন। তাই স্বপ্নের বাড়ি সাজানোর চুক্তি করার আগে অবশ্যই কিছু বিষয় যাচাই করে নেওয়া জরুরি।

সতর্ক না হলে যে সমস্যায় পড়তে পারেন:

Role Overview
Position: Sales Executive (Interior Sales)
Company: Nurani Interior
Location: Dhaka (Work at Office)
Employment Status: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pitch interior design solutions to new clients.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, present ideas, and maintain close follow-ups.
Deal Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and successfully convert leads.
Market Research: Monitor local interior design trends and competitor activities.
Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets to drive company revenue.

Requirements
Education: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.
