ভবনের ঝুঁকি এড়াতে কেন গভীর ফাউন্ডেশন প্রয়োজন?
✔ মাটির ধরন বুঝতে হবে: কাদাযুক্ত (Clay Soil), সিল্ট বা বালুমিশ্রিত (Silt & Clay) মাটি ভবনের ওজন সঠিকভাবে বহন করতে পারে না।
✔ নরম মাটিতে সাধারণ ফাউন্ডেশন কাজ করে না: দুর্বল মাটির স্তরে যদি ফাউন্ডেশন রাখা হয়, তাহলে ভবন ধীরে ধীরে হেলে পড়ে বা বসে যেতে পারে।
✔ শক্ত মাটির স্তর পর্যন্ত পাইল বসালে স্থিতিশীলতা পাওয়া যায়: যখন ফাউন্ডেশন পাথর বা শক্ত বালির স্তর পর্যন্ত (Rocky Soil) পৌঁছায়, তখন ভবন নিরাপদ থাকে এবং হেলে পড়ার ঝুঁকি থাকে না।

গভীর ফাউন্ডেশনের সুবিধা:
✅ ভবনের হেলে পড়া বা দেবে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকি কমে যায়
✅ উঁচু ভবন বা বড় স্থাপনার জন্য নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত হয়। তবে চূড়ান্ত নিরাপত্তা একমাত্র আল্লাহ তায়ালার হাতে।
✅ ভূমিকম্প বা অতিরিক্ত ওজনের চাপ সহ্য করতে পারে
✅ দীর্ঘস্থায়ী ও মজবুত কাঠামো তৈরি হয়
