Position: Factory Manager
Department: Factory Operations | Employment Type: Full-time | Salary: Negotiable
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to manage overall factory operations, production, manpower, quality, materials and operational efficiency of our LED Lighting manufacturing and assembly facility.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Manage overall day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
• Plan and monitor production targets, manpower, materials and resources.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Store, Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, SKD components, WIP and finished goods.
• Ensure product quality and reduce wastage, defects and rework.
• Monitor production costing, efficiency and operational performance.
• Supervise factory staff, supervisors and workers and maintain discipline.
• Ensure machine maintenance, workplace safety, housekeeping and 5S.
• Identify operational problems and take timely corrective actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production and management reports.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Production Engineering, BBA/MBA or a relevant discipline.
• Training/certification in Production Management, Quality, Lean/5S or Safety will be an advantage.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in factory/production management.
• Experience in LED Lighting, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing or Assembly industry will be preferred.
• Strong experience in production planning, manpower management and quality control.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of BOM, SKD, WIP, FG, inventory and production processes.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Office and ERP/Production Management Software.
- Strong communication, reporting and decision-making skills.
