sauteed vegetables (without 1st boil)
সব ধরনের সবজি এক সাইজ এ কাটবেন (baton cut)
পরে একটু তেল দিয়ে রসুন কিমা (fine brunoise cut)করে ব্রাউন কালার হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত ভাজুন। পরে এতে আলু(sauteed vegetables এ আলু যায় না তবুও আমি নিজে খাই তাই দেই কারন আলু Carbohydrate যা চাল বা গমের অল্টারনেটিভ ) দিয়ে একটু ভেজে গাজর র ব্রক্লি দিয়ে ঢেকে রাখুন ২মিনিট। ঢাকনা তুলে এতে বাঁধাকপি(dice cut) ও পেয়াজ পাতা বা কাঠি(যেটা ইচ্ছে) নিয়ে লবন র পরিমান মত কালো গোল মরিচ এর গুড়ো দিয়ে নারুন। সিদ্ধ হয়ে এলে এতে মাখন বা ঘি একটু দিয়ে নামিয়ে ফেলুন।

চাইলেই যে কোনো সবজি দিতে পারেন।সিদ্ধ করা হলে শুরুতেই বাটার বা ঘি দিতাম।যেহেতু সিদ্ধ আগে থেকে করা হয়নি তাই পরে দিলাম যেন গ্রানটা থাকে।
