Many of us donโt know that Dyslexia is part of ๐ก๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ.
Neurodivergence (which includes Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.) describes the natural variations in the human brain that affect learning, attention, and social interaction. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ด๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐๐น๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป.

I had the chance to deep-dive into this topic through a project for ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ง, ๐ฎ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐๐ฒ๐น, ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ด๐ถ๐๐บ, which employs ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ.
At REST, I:
- Improved the donation service and optimized physical spaces.
- Created an ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ด๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ with their work tasks.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต:
The success of this work was driven by ๐ถ๐ป-๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ต, ๐บ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ผ๐ป ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐. I consulted with:

- ๐๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ย that support neurodivergent employment.
- ๐ก๐ฒ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐ themselves.
This ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ-๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต was crucial. ๐ก

The guide was designed to be ๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ฒ, based on:
