Grabbed a handful of sour cherries from the tree outside — and somehow that turned into the most delicious small batch sponge cake. 🍒
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs 🥚
• 4 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp butter 🧈
• 1/2 cup flour
• sour cherries 🍒
• vanilla extract
• a pinch of salt 🧂
• 1 tsp baking powder
180°C for 20 mins.
Pro tip: I mixed and baked everything in the same dish — zero extra washing up. 👌
