I wandered around every corner of the village, simply slowing down and letting my mind rest.

Tea is more than just a ritual‑it is a vessel that holds all kinds of human experiences.
I am so grateful for this cup of tea, which led me all the way to this pure corner of Yunnan.

How attractive is tea?

The tea gathering I joined last weekend brought together 132 participants ranging from 13 to 69 years old. We gathered to explore tea culture, learn the wisdom of life, and mirror ourselves in one another. Everyone comes with different backgrounds and life journeys, yet we are all drawn here by the timeless charm of tea practice.

For myself, I chose to stay quiet throughout the event. No accessories, no makeup, simply stripping back to my true self. I decided to be a careful listener rather than a speaker.
Emptying your mind is far more difficult than filling it, so I took this precious chance to observe and reflect on myself alongside all these seasoned practitioners.

I’m so glad I made this choice. I listened more deeply, adjusted my mindset, and gained far more wisdom. Grateful for this warm, uplifting energy space.

Grateful to Miss Wang Qiong for building this peaceful ritual that seamlessly blends Zen philosophy with tea.

I’ve admired Harmony & Serenity Tea Cultivation Institute for a long time online, and I finally visited this lovely space today.

The teacher resides right here, with her private home combined with the tea academy, and an art gallery upstairs.
The moment I walked in, I felt utterly relaxed, which fits perfectly with the core philosophy of this place.

This space is filled with warm positive energy formed by every person who gathers here, passing peace and kindness to all visitors.
I’d just thought about taking photos, and my fellow tea practitioners stepped up to help me. Such lovely coincidences.

Sharing this beautiful and tranquil experience with everyone.

Originating from the Sichuan-Chongqing region, the long-spout teapot performance is a unique traditional Chinese tea art that combines elegant body movements, precise pouring techniques, and peaceful oriental aesthetics.

After dedicated learning and professional training, I have now mastered the fundamental skills of this ancient performance art.

Every movement carries discipline, calmness, and cultural heritage.
This is only the beginning of my journey. I will continue polishing my craft, improving steadily, and bringing more graceful tea art performances in the future.

It’s never too late to learn. 🎊When we really determine to do something. All kinds of supports will show up. I felt so lucky to meet Master Chen and he used whole week personal time to give me 1 to 1 guidance. He is so experienced so that I was capable to absorb things efficiently. He said this kind of opportunity which teach by himself was rare, I haven’t get such intensive training/study for a long time. So the fate/time matched and made this happen. Do you wanna see my result? 😬pls like this video first ❤️At the end, thanks to Master Chen for his selfish-less teaching , thanks to my family for their supports. 🙏I will try my best to sharp my skill and bring tea to more people 🍵

Shared a pot of Jasmine Silver Needle tea atop the Great Wall with a lovely family from Amsterdam.
They’re spending 24 days travelling across whole China with four family members.
A simple cup of fine Chinese tea bridged two different cultures and brought us warm friendship.
Wish them joyful, smooth and fulfilling adventures throughout their entire China journey.

Little tea picker Maxine’s summer tea hill adventure 🍃
Spent the day with local tea farmers learning complete tea picking & production procedures, plus lots of authentic tea culture knowledge.

Quick tea fact:
Fine spring Longjing harvesting finishes by late May.
Summer tea here is purely for visitor experience.

This day taught us to cherish every cup of tea.
