Casa do lago | Projeto de Arquitetura e Interiores @deboraoliveiraarq | Cond Lagoinha - Jacareí
O conceito deste projeto nasceu do diálogo entre o que já existia e uma nova forma de habitar.
A antiga estrutura foi o ponto de partida para um retrofit que uniu técnica e sensibilidade, transformando a casa em um espaço aberto à paisagem e em sintonia com o ritmo da natureza.
Através da estrutura metálica, redesenhamos os espaços, ampliamos vãos e criamos conexões fluidas entre interior e exterior.
O lago, que sempre esteve ali, tornou-se o elemento central do projeto. refletindo a luz, o céu e a vida ao redor, e guiando cada decisão de desenho e de proporção.
Mais do que uma renovação, esta casa expressa o que acreditamos sobre a arquitetura contemporânea brasileira:
a harmonia entre memória e inovação, entre estrutura e emoção, entre o espaço e quem o habita. 🌿

The concept for this project was born from a dialogue between what once existed and a new way of living.
The original structure became the starting point for a retrofit that blends technical precision and sensitivity, transforming the house into an open, fluid space that embraces the landscape and follows the rhythm of nature.
Through the use of steel structure, the layout was reimagined, expanding spans, opening connections, and creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
The lake, always present, became the guiding element of the design, reflecting light, sky, and life itself, shaping every proportion and decision along the way.
More than a renovation, this home embodies what we believe Brazilian contemporary architecture truly represents:
the balance between memory and innovation, between structure and emotion, between space and the people who live within it. 🌿
