GULLY WASH
A classic Bahamian party drink made with coconut water, sweetened condensed milk, gin, and a touch of nutmeg.

Ingredients

4 cups coconut water (fresh, from young coconuts if possible)

1 cups sweetened condensed milk

1 cups gin

1 teaspoons ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish

3 cups ice cubes

Steps

Combine base ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the 4 cups coconut water (fresh, from young coconuts if possible), 1 cups sweetened condensed milk, 1 cups gin, and 1 teaspoons ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish. Stir well until the condensed milk is fully blended in.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld and it gets nice and cold.

Serve: Fill glasses with 3 cups ice cubes, pour the gully wash over the ice, and finish each glass with a light dusting of nutmeg on top.
