One of our most-loved wedding keepsakes 🤍
In July, our memorial bouquet charms were our #1 seller.
I think there’s a beautiful reason why.

When brides are planning their wedding, they want to have everyone they love surrounding them. But sometimes, someone very important can’t be there.

Our bouquet charms give brides a way to include that person as they marry their partner. A favourite photograph can be carried right on the bouquet, so their loved one is right beside them throughout the day.

I love creating these because they aren’t just another wedding accessory. They represent love, connection, and an important relationship that can never be replaced.

If someone you love couldn’t be at your wedding, how did you include them in your day? 🤍

What everyday moment do you miss most about your pet?

When Sam went to the Rainbow Bridge about a month ago, it was incredibly hard. But this week, I’ve found myself missing the little guy more..
The way he would bark at me for a green pea whenever I was eating them.
The way he always cuddled up beside me on the couch.
And the way he fit perfectly between my right hip and my arm. When his legs stopped working and I had to carry him, that became his spot.

Sometimes it really is the smallest things we miss the most. 🐾
The sound of their paws coming down the hallway.
The way they greeted you at the door.
Their favourite spot on the couch.
The walks. The routines.
Even the things they did that used to drive you crazy.
When we lose a pet, it’s often those ordinary, everyday moments that leave the biggest space behind.

What everyday moment do you miss most about your pet?
Please share it with us below. ❤️

Sometimes a photo says what words simply can’t!

This personalized memorial candle has a photo on one side and a beautiful remembrance saying on the other:

“There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains.”

I love creating pieces like this because they aren't just candles. They are a way to keep someone's memory close.

A beautiful reminder that although someone we love may no longer be here, the light they brought into our lives remains.

Is it ever too late to give a memorial gift?

I don't think so.

When someone loses a person they love, there is often so much support in the beginning. The cards arrive, people check in, and everyone asks how they're doing.

Then life carries on.
But their grief doesn't simply disappear.

A memorial gift doesn't have to be given immediately after someone dies. It can be given weeks, months or even years later — on a birthday, an anniversary, at Christmas, or simply because you were thinking about them.

Sometimes being remembered later can mean even more.
It quietly says:
“I still remember them too.”
There really is no expiration date on remembering someone you love.

Have you ever received something meaningful long after a loss?

How One Cookbook Brought Stanley Tucci Back to Life. When Stanley Tucci lost Kate in 2009, the house went silent. Three kids. A kitchen that used to smell like Sunday dinner. And a man who suddenly couldn’t step past the doorway without feeling like the air had been knocked out of him.

Grief split his life in half.
“There was the world with Kate,” he later said, “and then there was everything after.”

The bills still came. School drop-offs still happened. But the one place that used to mean family — the stove, the cutting board, the laughter over burnt garlic — now just echoed.

He stopped cooking.
He stopped trying.
“I thought that part of me died with her,” he admitted.

Then a wedding. A random table. A woman named Felicity Blunt.
No movie scene. No fireworks. Just small talk.
She mentioned she collected cookbooks. That’s it. One sentence.

Most people would’ve nodded and moved on.
Stanley didn’t.

Weeks later, Felicity opened her mailbox and found a worn, flour-dusted cookbook. Kate’s favorite. The pages still had her notes in the margins.
Inside was a note: “Kate would’ve hated seeing this sit on a shelf. She’d want someone to spill sauce on it.”

That was the spark.

Not love. Not yet.
Just emails.
Then texts.
“Try this pasta. It’s impossible to mess up.”
“Okay, I messed it up.”
“Kate did too, the first time.”

Recipe by recipe, the grief got quieter.
“I wasn’t looking for a replacement,” Stanley said. “I was looking for a reason to turn the stove back on.”

By 2012, they were married.

But here’s what matters: Felicity never tried to erase Kate.
“You don’t move on from someone you love,” she told him. “You move forward with them.”

And slowly, the kitchen came back to life.
The kids set the table again.
Steam fogged the windows.
Music played.

“Grief doesn’t have an off switch,” Stanley says now. “But sometimes, someone hands you a spoon and reminds you you’re still hungry.”

Healing isn’t a big speech. It isn’t overnight.
Sometimes it’s a cookbook.
A note.
A person who doesn’t ask you to forget — just invites you to dinner.

Because the bravest thing you can do after loss isn’t to “be strong.”
It’s to let warmth back in.

And it might start with something as small as: “Hey, I made extra. Want some?”
