Stop telling people more than they need to know about you. Some of the very people that you think have "your best interest at heart" Some are the very ones plotting against you.

We often believe what we do for others they would for us. But every now and then take a step back examine people... Some does want to know your business to tell others. Whilst others can become envious..There are some people that would envy the fact that you're smiling that you're looking good as silly as that sounds...

Learn to protect you. Guard yourself against what's out there. This applies to everyone that enters our lives... But eventually who they are will surface they cannot hide behind that mask forever....

Advice for Newbie Masqueraders:

1. Cut your toenails!
2. High heels and de road don't mix
3. Pack ID, sunscreen, safety pins, glitter, cellphone, money
4. Eat a solid breakfast
4. Hydrate well throughout the day
5. Remember the judges can see you before you see them
6. Just because you've crossed the stage does not mean the 'show' is over
7. Enjoy youself (leave worries and stess at home)
8. When you get back home, a hot epsom salt bath will be your best friend
