Fresh Floors Friday Ft. this Durham Region Home

Carpet is a cozy product that is a great option when you want to keep your bedrooms warm or bring an accent into a room. Fresh Floors Friday Ft. this Port Perry Family Home 😍

After this home was impacted by water damage from the upper level, clients took the opportunity to update the styles of the floor throughout the main to bring in more consistency and give their home a face lift. The EXEL team removed tiles, and existing trim, installed engineered hardwood throughout the main floor and made the new trim all consistent. The flow through the main floor works much more seamlessly and looks beautiful!

Exciting News - New Durham Showroom Location Coming Soon!

Please be patient with us while we shift from our previous Ajax location to 274 Mackenzie Ave, Unit 550 (North Side of Sklar Peppler Building). Walk-ins will be restricted until all renovations are completed which we expect to announce during week of April 7th.

Fresh Floors Friday Ft. Entire Whitby Family Home

After water damage from main floor impacted the basement level as well, these homeowners took the opportunity to update their main floor hardwood to a cleaner Maple Design, while updating their basement laminate to waterproof luxury vinyl (which would have survived the previous leak).

The clients were extremely nervous about their items being shifted off site by insurance so the team at Exel kept all items on site, and shifted them with care through the renovation process which included taking the floors down to the foundations, rebuilding the subfloor structure and installing all new materials throughout while updating their main floor trim.

After floods damaged this penthouse, the insured jumped at the opportunity to update from their dark brown existing floors. They wanted to achieve a more modern look that would suite their furnishings, while not compromising on durability. They were able to achieve this utilizing Everest XP Engineered Hardwood line!

Fresh Floors Friday Ft. this Scarborough 50’s Model Bungalow

This home has shared three generations and has surely helped foster lots of memories but the clients reached out wanting to take the opportunity to update a staple family home. The clients did an exceptional job declutterring in preparation for our teams to remove the various wallpapers, revamp with paints, remove carpet and existing hardwood, install subfloor & install new trim and floors with .canada Pecan luxury viny! This was a project our team really enjoyed managing knowing it gave the clients a feeling of a fresh start in a home that will be shared with more generations to come 😊
