No matter the size of the job, you will very likely touch base with every person in our family business. In this case, Ashley advised on prices, timelines and installation logistics when the customer reached out; Anna helped the customer pick out their carpet choice in our Ajax showroom; and George attended install where he helped advise the client on a binding solution that would best suit the installation conditions.

THIS sums up what makes working with a family business like Exel unique!

While we have spent years vetting a variety of quality material options at various price ranges to be accommodating, we are very transparent that we likely won’t come in lower than an “online handyman” or Kijiji Installer given that we are a professional company with a showroom and IIC membership.

With Sara for example she collected 3 quotes, compared prices and quality of communication & services which awarded our team the job in the end. With Exel you can always count on us to treat your home like it’s our own, and we will continue to be available should you have any concerns.

Floors are the foundation for your home - they should not be the place to cut corners. Reach out to our team to see how we can manage your upcoming projects. Remain confident knowing our employees are here to help recommend the best outcome tailored to your budget!

This beautiful colour with light golden brown veins will be timeless and neutral enough that it will continue to fit the space no matter which new furnishings come in the future.

Fresh Floors Friday Ft. this Port Perry Family Home 😍

After this home was impacted by water damage from the upper level, clients took the opportunity to update the styles of the floor throughout the main to bring in more consistency and give their home a face lift. The EXEL team removed tiles, and existing trim, installed engineered hardwood throughout the main floor and made the new trim all consistent. The flow through the main floor works much more seamlessly and looks beautiful!
