I'M BACK! It's been a whole year since I decided to take on a job that was going to put my needle felting on the back burner. That particular job is done and I have been able to get back to being creative in my own way. I have decided that slowly working on my ideas and projects is my goal for this year. I will enjoy the process in all its stages. I have set up once again at Maritime Mosaic and I hope you drop in and have a look. After all it's your interest in my work that inspires me to keep working with wool.

Here is an updated look at my vending space today. I will be bringing in more new pieces of art on a regular basis and I feel like I want to work on themes, such as a variety of felted lupin as are in this video. Many ideas floating in my head. Enjoy!

I have little to no interest in the fantasy of dragons but I just made a dragon or two and I have been able to use a lot of techniques in one single creature. I have more dragons waiting to hatch. The love of creating has opened another world of ideas. Very satisfying. The earthy brown one is about 24 inches from head to tail and 12 inches high, the blue one is just slightly smaller. Enjoy!

I've been wanting to make a fish pillow for a while. I know it's not very Christmasy .... but when I have an idea to create something the fun begins. I enjoy working with vibrant colors and wool, and often the result makes me joyful.
