Main Floor Renovation Transformation ✨

This project focused on improving flow, maximizing usable square footage, and creating a brighter, more functional main floor layout.

Key design solutions included:
• Removing walls to create open sightlines

One of the biggest misconceptions in the design industry is that interior designers and decorators do the same thing.

While both play an important role in creating beautiful spaces, their focus is different.

Interior designers focus on how a space functions layout, space planning, construction coordination, and technical details.

Decorators focus on the visual side.

The best spaces combine both thoughtful planning and beautiful design.

NOT ALL TILE IS CREATED EQUAL.

Choosing tile isn’t just about color.

When I’m sourcing materials, I’m looking at:

✔ Texture and how it catches light
✔ Scale in relation to the room
✔ How grout will impact the look
✔ How the material will actually perform in the space

The difference between a good space and a great one often comes down to these details.
