One of two. Sounds like something from Star Trek but it’s not. As is the case with most twins, there is always one that needs more work. Such is the case with this one. The ghastly green is hidden beneath some primer now and so is the bondo. Tomorrow is the day she begins the transformation. Think spring. Think joy. Stay tuned!

The origins of my 1990"s touchup. She started life as a two piece unit and as a gift from a man to his wife. After much use and with a tired facade, she was relegated to the garage where she lingered for years. She came to me in 2021 without the dated second piece for the top and a little bit stinky from her time in the garage. She enjoyed a few years smothered in mustard, backed up against a green wall with white wainscotting. Fast forward to 2026 and the realization that the mustard simply no longer worked after a move to a rental property. Her latest revival sees her bathed with buttercream and a touch of cappuccino.
