David's Birthday Celebration!

Last Thursday we celebrated David's birthday at the Olde Country Inn situated in the old town area of Unionville. It was a joy to celebrate his birthday and the food was great too!

The town has replaced the paved road with pavers. I recommend a visit. It is filled with restaurants and shops. Such a lovely place.

Father's Day

David invited the extended family plus his girlfriends Sarah's family over at his house on Father's Day for supper.

He lives very close to Lake Simcoe so some of us went for a walk along the lake's shore after supper. I had a great time and the weather cooperated!

Falling in Love with this Condo's View!

I thought I would share my client's view of Lake Ontario from their condo kitchen.

Yesterday, I was at their condo. It was a "how to move forward" consultation to improve the flow in their space.

For example, their sectional created a pinch point when they tried exiting the kitchen because of the island.

I reasssured them that a small love seat or apartment-sized sofa would improve the flow from that part of the kitchen to their living room.

They are also planning to make the island smaller to ensure walking into the living room is easier.

They will now have a lovely view and better traffic flow!

I love this view and would love to live in a Toronto condo with a view like this! What about you?
