Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

This weekend we spent time visiting Tim on his boat in Toronto. We then enjoyed a walk along the shoreline! I was thankful we got to share this time with our son! We also had a Thanksgiving family gathering yesterday and was thankful for that too!

Thanksgiving is a great time to thank God for family and the tasty Thanksgiving turkey dinner! Who else is thankful?

Mulock Park

We had a great time exploring Mulock Park and the Mulock's home. I loved it architecture! The grounds were lovely too. Anyone else have a chance visiting it yet?

Day in a Life of a Kitchen Designer

Yesterday I did a design presentation for my current customers. It involved showing the perspective drawing with similar appliances and the warm white materials (warm white Shaker cabinets and a warm white quartz countertop) to consider for their renovated kitchen. Samples wete also brought to see how everything looked together.

A new bar servery was designed and added to the kitchen with a w**e rack too. They loved the look and minor revisions will be made. I am so happy they love the it

Kohler Showroom Vignettes

Last week I went to the Kohler showroom and loved their bathroom vignettes. As a kitchen and bath designer, I try to visit showrooms to see what is available. Who else loves their new fixtures, mirrors and lighting?

At Back Forty sheep and cheese farm today. If you are ever close to Sharbot Lake on a Saturday or Friday this is a lovely outdoor lunch or supper spot in the summer. The meals include their cheeses and are very tasty.

While at the cottage yesterday, we celebrated our 39th anniversary at the Killarney Lodge restaurant. Then we explored the Lodge which is on the Lake of 2 Rivers in Algonquin Park.

David's Birthday!

It was celebrated at the Olde Country Inn in Unionville.

The town has replaced the road with pavers making the old town even more beautiful. It is filled with shops and restauants. A great place to visit!
