Waterfront Toronto has launched a request for qualifications for the first residential development on Ookwemin Minising in the Port Lands, a waterfront community planned to accommodate up to 14,000 new homes.
The initial development block is expected to deliver approximately 700 housing units, with a target of 30 per cent affordable rental housing, as part of a broader tri-government-backed waterfront revitalization effort.
