I am supposed to be cleaning my house, but got distracted by sunshine, gardens and glass. I decided to listen to the wise words of a good friend and take my glass for a walk and see how it glows in different light. This particular piece is special as it was my first ever stained glass creation. When I look close, sure I see flaws, but that is far from the first thing I see and only makes it clear all the ways I've grown through the years.

We do have 1 last space remaining in our butterfly workshop this weekend where you can join my wise friend (Emilie of Feather and Fibres (but mostly stained glass) ) and I to make your first creation.

Lately I have been on a mission to use the fun glass - the glass that sometimes sits for years waiting for the perfect piece. I'd much rather use it and enjoy it than let it cotlllect dust and forget I own it. And I'm sure glad I did - I love how vibrant this mushroom turned out!
