This was definitely a fun one. Floor joists upstairs were so unlevel we had to sister them and fur a bunch of them out to bring the floor back to level. Installed new 1" subfloor for additional stiffness. Then installed New hardwood on the entire upper floor. For the basement we installed 24" x24" subfloor tiles and finished it all off with vinyl plank.
