Fingers crossed it isn't soggy for the entire weekend.
Our menu is shining with some Makery favourites re-imagined. A Newfie poutine burrito? Yes'm!
Whether you're pub crawlin', foam partyin', concert goin' or people watchin', stop by for some late-night food-we'll make sure you're fed for the festivities!

The CEO, muscle, food-maker and other steam engine of this little operation is feeling better after the poking and prodding, taking a beat or two, hydrating, and resting on this otherwise perfectly good weekend! He's already working on next week's menu, and counting the days until the Gala Days chaos begins. Some people just don't turn off easily, and Mike, is indeed one of them. 🧑‍🍳
See you all this week! We couldn't do any of this without your support, and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all the well wishes and messages. Your support is immeasurable 🩷

An unexpected Saturday off! 😁
Well, this certainly wasn’t the plan!
After a very long night at the VRH, very little sleep, a few things that need taking care of today, and a kitchen that has been close to 900 degrees the past couple of nights… we’ve decided that today is going to be an unexpected day off for both the store and the Makery.
Closing on a Saturday is not something we do lightly — especially when we know our regulars are counting on us! But, as we all know, sometimes life throws us a little wrench into the plans, and you just have to roll with it.
So today, we’re going to take a breath, take care of all the needs, stay as cool as humanly possible, and stay positive. Might even have cereal for supper😉.
Thank you for understanding, for being flexible, and for always being so wonderfully supportive of our little corner. We’ll see you soon! And hopefully next time we announce a Saturday off, it’s because we actually planned one. 😂❤️
