Hello September! We have been very busy trimming and bagging all the onions, Beets, and Carrots. We are harvesting lots of sweet and spicy Peppers. The smoker has been loaded everyday with paprika peppers. IYKYK.
We are boxing up Tomatoes...heirlooms, canning, and the Romas are starting to put on a good show. Parsley, Basil, Shish*tos, Mixed Greens, SPINACH, Plain Jane, Kale, Eggplants,Fennel, Celery, Celeriac, Cucumbers, Zucchinnis, Beets, Pears, and more!

The last week of August is here and there are so many great veggies coming off the fields.
Please take a look inside our mini garden center where you will find all the onions, Shallots, Beets, Leeks, and carrots. Inside the Farmstore there will be plenty of Tomatoes, celeriac, Fennel,Eggplants, zucchinni, cukes, Sweet Peppers, Hot Peppers, Parsley, Cilantro, Salad Greens, Awesome Mix, and Plain Jane.
We have plenty of spices, Sea salts, local food items, Italian pantry items, our Farm made pestos, sauces, and salad dressings too.

We are in the long, warm summer days of August. Check out the veggies displayed in our garden centre. You'll find bags of onions and shallots, Beets, Leeks, and more. Plus, we have some really nice Eucalyptus plants out there.
Also harvested this week: Celeriac, Fennel, Celery, Zucchinnis, Shish*to peppers, Jalapeños, Hot Paprikas, Red hot Fresnos, Poblanos, Eggplants, Basil, Parsley, All the Greens, Romaine, Crabapples, and beautiful Tomatoes.

Come on in and check out the store shelves, fridge, and freezer. Lots of great foodie items and spices to enhance your cooking.

This week in the Farmstore: Beets ( with leafy tops or in 1 kg bags), Carrots, Celery, Shish*to peppers, Zucchinnis, Celeriac, Jalapeños, Poblanos, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Basil, Parsley, Cilantro, Herbs. Eggplants too.
Gourmet salad mix, Arugula, Romaine, Plain Jane, kale, and Frisse.

In the Freezer: Rockfish and Ling Cod fillets, Pesto, Chimichuri, Ginger Scallion sauce, sausages by the Butchers Block, Elderberries (500 g ), Fruit crisps, and more.

In the Fridge: kimchi ranch dip, salad dressings, Hummus, Buffala Mozzerella and other cheese from Natural Pastures Cheese Company, butter, anchovies, fresh produce.

We have a great selection of Italian Gluten Free pastas and we'll as wheat pastas. Lots of organic canned beans, sauces, vinegars, olive oils, pickles, Spice blends, and Sea salts too.

Hello August! This week we have lots of Celery, Beets with tops and beets in bags, Zucchinnis, Scallions, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Fennel, Shish*to and Jalapeños, Romaine, Arugula, Awesome Mix, Gourmet Mix, Plain Jane, Parsley and other fresh herbs.

Spices, Sea salts, fish, sausages, pesto, Chimichuri sauce, Ginger Scallion sauce, White bean Hummus, Kimchi ranch dip, salad dressings, and Cheese!

We have containers of fresh Mozzarella di Buffala and from Natural Pastures Cheese Company . We picked it up yesterday as they were snapping the lids on. This is made from local water buffalo milk, and it is excellent with our fresh tomatoes. Need salad advice? Just ask Lia.

It's the start of our week and we have lots of great veggies for you to enjoy.

Strawberry rhubarb tarts just came out of the oven too. We have everything you need for gatherings and picnics, like hummus, kimchi ranch chip dip, crackers, Cheeses, salami, and alcohol-free sparkling ciders and wine.
